Our Training Engineering Services
We design complete training systems, from skills needs diagnostics to competency assessment. We design; partner organizations deliver.
How to read this page
The seven services follow one another like the steps of a complete training engineering: diagnose the professions, set the skills in a framework, organise learning into a curriculum, produce the content, design the assessment, then frame and monitor delivery. Each can also be ordered separately.
- "Deliverables" says what you receive; "Scope of intervention" recalls where XP-NOVA stops and where the delivering organisation begins.
- Indicative durations are design durations, excluding training sessions.
- The quote, in FCFA, is issued only after a first scoping exchange, free and without commitment.
The seven services
For each one: what it consists of, the deliverables you receive, XP-NOVA's share of the work and the indicative design duration.

Skills Diagnostics
Analyze an organization's skills needs, map professions and identify gaps between available and expected competencies.
Deliverables
- Diagnostic report
- Profession mapping
- Gap identification
Scope of Intervention
XP-NOVA conducts the diagnostic and formalizes conclusions. Deployment of resulting training is handled by partner training organizations.
Indicative Duration: 10 to 20 days

Frameworks
Design activity and competency frameworks as well as profession frameworks, aligned with local realities and reference standards.
Deliverables
- Competency frameworks
- Profession frameworks
- Assessment grids
Scope of Intervention
Framework design is XP-NOVA's responsibility; their pedagogical implementation is entrusted to partner training organizations.
Indicative Duration: 15 to 30 days

Curricula and Pathways
Structure complete curricula and pedagogical pathways: learning objectives, modules, sequences, durations and animation methods.
Deliverables
- Training curricula
- Pedagogical pathways
- Training guides
Scope of Intervention
XP-NOVA designs the pathways; partner organizations ensure their delivery to learners.
Indicative Duration: 20 to 40 days

Content and Materials
Produce pedagogical content adapted to the target audience: course materials, practical guides, case studies and contextualized exercises.
Deliverables
- Training materials
- Practical guides
- Case studies
Scope of Intervention
Content production is provided by XP-NOVA; use in sessions is carried out by trainers from partner organizations.
Indicative Duration: 20 to 40 days

Competency Assessment
Design competency assessment tools: knowledge tests, practical scenarios and objective observation grids.
Deliverables
- Assessment tests
- Observation grids
- Certificates
Scope of Intervention
XP-NOVA designs assessment systems; administration and delivery in sessions are the responsibility of partner organizations.
Indicative Duration: 10 to 20 days

Specifications
Draft specifications for partner training organizations: pedagogical objectives, required profiles and infrastructure.
Deliverables
- Specifications
- Assessment grid
- Indicative schedule
Scope of Intervention
Specifications are drafted by XP-NOVA to select and frame organizations that will deploy the training.
Indicative Duration: 10 to 15 days

Pedagogical Monitoring
Design monitoring and pedagogical management systems: indicators, dashboards and report templates.
Deliverables
- Monitoring indicators
- Dashboards
- Report templates
Scope of Intervention
XP-NOVA defines the monitoring framework; session data reporting is provided by partner organizations that deliver training.
Indicative Duration: 10 to 15 days

The limits of the scope
What the division does not do, so you know from the outset what will need to be entrusted to a training organisation or an authority.
What We Do Not Do
- Direct delivery of training sessions (handled by partners)
- Trainer mobilization (handled by partners)
- Participant management (handled by partners)
- Issuance of regulatory certifications (out of scope)
