Our pedagogical approach
Our pedagogical approach is based on the analysis of real work tasks, the equipment used, quality standards and expected results.
How to read this page
We never start from a catalogue of modules, but from real work: the tasks an operator, a technician or a manager performs, the equipment they handle, the standards they must meet and the results expected of them. The training system follows from this, and it must be measurable.
- The five steps go from observing work to the architecture of the system; the first four produce the framework, the fifth the curriculum.
- This method makes skills assessable: each objective refers to an observable task, not to abstract knowledge.
- It applies to every link of the agro-system: production, processing, logistics, management.
Starting from real work tasks
The five steps of the method: the first four observe and describe the work, the fifth derives the training system from it.
Task analysis
Identification of the real work tasks in the target professions.
Equipment and technologies
Identification of the equipment and technologies used in the field.
Quality standards
Identification of the applicable quality norms and standards.
Expected results
Definition of performance objectives and success indicators.
System design
Pedagogical architecture, methods, durations, assessment.
What the method guarantees
A system designed from real work can be measured: each objective refers to an observable task and to an indicator.
Measurability
We design measurable systems, with assessment and monitoring indicators that make it possible to measure the effectiveness of the training and to identify areas for improvement.
